By creating an account or using OnBaseIQ, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English, not legalese.
OnBaseIQ is a web-based baseball and softball analytics platform that helps coaches, parents, and players maximize the value of their own game data. Users who have personal access to GameChanger box score data may upload screenshots of their own game results to extract, track, and analyze player statistics within their private OnBaseIQ account. OnBaseIQ is a personal analytics tool — it processes data that users already have lawful access to, for their own use only. OnBaseIQ is operated by an individual based in the United States.
By creating an account or using any part of OnBaseIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of OnBaseIQ after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for:
One account is intended for one person or coaching staff. You may not share your account credentials with people outside your organization or resell access to OnBaseIQ.
OnBaseIQ offers paid subscription plans (Coach Pro and Staff) billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis.
You agree to use OnBaseIQ only for its intended purpose — tracking and analyzing baseball and softball statistics for your own teams. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
You own the data you upload to OnBaseIQ — your team names, player names, game results, and statistics belong to you. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the OnBaseIQ service to you.
We will never sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
OnBaseIQ is used to track statistics for athletes, who may be minors. By entering player information into OnBaseIQ, you represent that you have the authority to do so — for example, as a coach, parent, or authorized team administrator. Player data consists only of name, jersey number, and game statistics. We do not collect contact information, photos, or any other personal information about players.
Independence from GameChanger. OnBaseIQ is an independent analytics platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to GameChanger, Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "GameChanger" is a registered trademark of Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. OnBaseIQ makes no claim to any GameChanger trademark, brand, or intellectual property.
No sale or redistribution of GameChanger data. OnBaseIQ does not sell, license, aggregate, broker, or redistribute data originating from GameChanger or any other third-party platform. OnBaseIQ is a personal analytics tool — not a data reseller. The service exists solely to help individual users analyze statistical data they already have lawful personal access to.
User responsibility for uploaded content. When you upload a screenshot to OnBaseIQ, you are providing content from a source you personally access with your own credentials. By uploading any screenshot or entering any data, you represent and warrant that:
Processing purpose. OnBaseIQ processes uploaded screenshots using AI-assisted optical character recognition solely to extract statistical figures (batting averages, at-bats, hits, and similar box score data) for display and analysis within your private account. The underlying image is processed and then discarded. No extracted data is shared with other users, aggregated into any shared database, or used for any purpose other than providing analytics features to you personally within your own account.
No partnership implied. Nothing in OnBaseIQ's marketing, product, or documentation should be read as implying a partnership, data-sharing agreement, or any formal relationship with GameChanger or Dick's Sporting Goods. OnBaseIQ operates entirely independently.
Other third-party providers. We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Cloudflare for hosting. Your use of OnBaseIQ is also subject to the applicable terms of these infrastructure providers.
OnBaseIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that stat extraction from screenshots will be 100% accurate in all cases. The pitching splits and analytics features are tools to assist decision-making — they are not a substitute for your own coaching judgment.
We always show you a review screen before saving extracted stats so you can verify accuracy before committing data to your season totals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnBaseIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or coaching decisions made based on analytics provided by OnBaseIQ. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by managing your subscription via the Stripe customer portal. You may request full account deletion by contacting us at support@onbaseiq.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where OnBaseIQ is operated. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
